Rifey produces a wide range of concrete blocks using a vibrocompression technique. Using Rifey complexes you can produce more than 100 concrete elements with different shapes, colors and functions. Rifey is provided with different moulds of any geometrical form according to a customer’ s desire. Various local materials can be used as aggregate: sand, rubble siftings, slag, ashes, haydite, sawdust, basalt waste products etc. + cement. Rifey manufactures all blocks and slabs for house bed and shell, including materials for making contemporary adjacent areas.
The materials have excellent technical characteristics of durability, thermal conductivity, stability and precise geometrical dimensions, wide color range, and low price. A high adhesion coefficient in the masonry owing to low water absorption of the blocks makes it possible to plaster walls with a higher quality in a single step without the shrinkage cracks in the plaster. Block masonry as opposed to traditional brickwork requires less mortar. Higher durability of blocks excludes their breakage. Increasing the masonry speed by using blocks shortens the work time and reduces costs. The expense of masons wages is reduced up to 30 % .
